Torrens Capital Fund 1

We successfully completed the first close of Fund 1 in February 2009 in order to complete the acquisition of Life's Memories Group. We now seek investors for the final close of Fund 1, which is scheduled for late 2009.

Torrens Capital Fund 1 operates on a called-capital basis whereby investors commit capital to the fund. We can then call on the capital during the investment period of the fund upon an investment being approved by the investment committee. This means that capital is only called when an investment is made and capital may only be called up to the committed amount.

All management fees and costs are included in the committed capital, providing certainty that there are no hidden or unexpected costs.
